Unfortunately, all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges. Should there be a need to return your purchase, we will accept returns on orders placed within seven business days from the delivery date accompanied with a valid reason for return.  To be eligible for a return, the product has to be unused and unopened in the original condition and packaging. Products purchased during sales or using a promotion code are not valid for returns. Kindly drop us an email at enquiries@amaesthetics.com.sg with your order number and let us know what went wrong.  Your refund will only be processed once we have received and reviewed the product for its eligibility. Kindly note that all delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank statements.   (We will refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping and discounts applied.)
