Product Information

All A.M Skincare products are formulated in South Korea and manufactured in South Korea or in Singapore.

Should you feel any irritation or experience any allergic reaction to a product. Stop use immediately and consult a physician.

Orders

Once an order is made, we do not accept refunds or change of products.

In the event of any missing orders or wrong orders, please contact us directly, through our lead form, or reach out to us on any of our available platforms. We will reach out to you at earliest possible time. 

A.M Skincare uses Stripe and Paypal as our payment methods. We accept most leading credit cards. 

All payment is secured using SSL. 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped out within 3 working days. Delivery through our couriers take 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, once an order has been made, we cannot change the delivery address. 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges.

Should there be a need to return your purchase, we will accept returns on orders placed within seven business days from the delivery date accompanied with a valid reason for return. 

To be eligible for a return, the product has to be unused and unopened in the original condition and packaging. Products purchased during sales or using a promotion code are not valid for returns. Kindly drop us an email at _____@A.M Skincare.com with your order number and let us know what went wrong. 

Your refund will only be processed once we have received and reviewed the product for its eligibility. Kindly note that all delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank statements.  

(We will refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping and discounts applied.)
